Dos2 rogue build. Things To Know About Dos2 rogue build.

With DOS2 party composition is a little different. Because of the armor system (every enemy has physical and/or magic armor which you need to break through one or the other before you can start landing damage or effects) it's generally viewed as more efficient to focus your party on either physical damage or magical damage so that for example you don't end up wasting moves breaking through ...For summoner, you can actually do 5 total rounds of summoning+ damage weaving, before you're outta things to do. And even then, youre still not completely out of things to do. If combat lasts 5 rounds, theres typically movement and mitigation that gets tied in with your rounds. But 5 rounds is typically an entire fight.A lot of Sin Tee's builds (physical or magic centered) work like this. Earth mages abuse Dust Blast to wipe enemy parties. tbh no matter you build it, daggers+poison is not going to be a powerhouse anyway. personally I'd build it like normal rogue, maxing out warfare then scoundrel and only use venom coating to get a insane sawtooth knife hit. Maybe it's against your design in mind but a better way to utilize venom coating is actually a ranger.Fan-made planner for Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition. Poly can be really good in any build, just for the fact that makes you add an attribute point as well as granting you access to more skills. Since you have a scoundrel based character, I'd strongly advise taking Skin Graft ( you'll need 3 poly for that), combined with adrenaline can be devastating (adrenaline->skin graft->adrenaline can make you end fights pretty quickly, or prevent another ...Dual Wielding Notes. The weapon equipped in the off-hand will always incur a -50% damage penalty. Works with wands as well as daggers, axes, maces and swords. Fane is the perfect rogue. Increased crit damage, bony fingers for lockpicking, Time Warp for huge damage bursts, and play dead to slip out of harm's way untouched. Yeah, it's already the rogue by default because of lockpicking... Any character can be anything, Fane as a rogue sounds a-ok.
